Privacy Statement

The controller of personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter also referred to as “GDPR”) is Michal Kadaník, with registered office at Ve Mlýně 79, Tetín, 26601 (hereinafter also referred to as “Controller”).

Purpose of processing personal data

For the performance of the contract, for the implementation of measures taken prior to the conclusion of the contract upon request, for the creation of an offer in the context of the offer of trade, services and also by sending a newsletter on the basis of the consent given by the data subject pursuant to no. 6 ost. 1(a) GDPR. Personal data is provided entirely voluntarily on the basis of the sources specified below. You have the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data:

If you need to exercise your rights, please select the appropriate form and send it to michal@michalkadanik.cz and your request will be processed without undue delay. However, we may refuse your request for legal reasons according to Art. 6 GDPR, either in the case where we need the personal data for the performance of a contract or we are obliged to store them by legal obligations or legitimate interest of the Controller. If a contract is negotiated, the participant is obliged to provide personal data for its implementation even without explicit consent to the processing of personal data, otherwise the contract will not be implemented.

Sources for obtaining personal data

We collect personal data via the enquiry form, email newsletter and email communication from the listed emails on our website.

Inquiry form

By submitting an enquiry form, you agree that we may contact you, inform you about our products and services and contact you to create a quote for our services and products. By submitting the form, you grant this consent for a period of 5 years from the date of submission of the enquiry form. We process all or part of the following personal data in the enquiry form:

  • Name and surname
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone / mobile contact
  • Information about your order
  • Postal address / IP address
  • Site visit time data

Processing of cookies
